Foss has also worked in film, advertising, and television, both as a writer and composer and his credits include work for the History Channel and the Discovery Channel, as well as working for Gaelic magazine and children’s television programmes on BBC Scotland. The superb string section arrangements throughout An Turas were the work of Foss Paterson. |

An original member of The Donnie Munro Band, Foss Paterson has also worked with Fish, John Martyn, Camel, Jethro Tull, Phil Cunningham and Dick Gaughan amongst many others. Foss has been a regular on the “BBC Hogmanay Show”, accompanying such diverse artists as Midge Ure, Liberty X and Eddie Reader.
